2016～2018年某医院儿童呼吸道感染痰培养病原菌分布及细菌药敏研究

[摘要] 目的 为临床经验性应用儿童呼吸道感染抗菌药物提供参考。 方法 对2016年1月～2018年12月儿童呼吸道感染的痰标本进行培养和药敏实验。 结果 3年内痰培养阳性标本共检出1112株病原菌，其中比较多的菌株为流感嗜血杆菌381株（34.3%），肺炎链球菌283株（25.4%），卡他布兰汉菌206株（18.5%），金黄色葡萄球菌165株（14.8%），卡他布兰汉菌的阳性率在2017年的第四位上升到2018年的第三位（P<0.05）。儿科呼吸道感染中革兰阴性菌对美罗培南、亚胺培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、阿莫西林/克拉维酸、头孢曲松、头孢他啶等敏感，革兰阳性菌对万古霉素、利奈唑胺等敏感。 结论 儿科呼吸道感染中以革兰阴性菌为主，卡他布兰汉菌阳性率近年有上升的趋势，临床医生应重视病原菌谱和药敏的变化，确保抗生素使用的规范性，防止细菌耐药。
