近视电脑自动验光散瞳前后比较
【摘 要】目的：分析青少年近视患者复方托吡卡胺散瞳前后，电脑自动验光结果的变化情况。方法：选取 10--18岁。平均年龄为13.56岁，平均等效球镜度数为0.35D，双眼球镜相差<1.50D，双眼柱镜差<1.00D，诊断为近视的患者62例，原瞳下先行电脑自动验光，每眼均测3次，取平均值。然后予以复方托吡卡胺滴双眼，每5min1次，共3次，30min后进行散瞳下电脑自动验光，每眼均测3次，取平均值。用SPSS11.0统计学软件对两组数据进行t检验。结果：10--18岁 青少年近视患者散瞳前后，电脑自动验光结果差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：10--18岁青少年近视患者，散瞳前后电脑自动验光结果没有明显差异，临床上可以作为验光、配镜的重要参考。

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE：To analyze the changes of the results of automatic computer optometry of adolescent myopic patients before and after mydriasis following administration of Compound Tropicamide Eye Drops.METHODS：62 patients who were diagnosed with myopia， aged from 10 to 18， with an average age of 13.56， average spherical equivalent degree of 0.35D， a difference of less than 1.50D between the spheres of two eyes and a difference of less than 1.00D between the cylinders of two eyes， were selected. Automatic computer optometry was performed on the original pupils first and each eye was tested for 3 times to obtain the average value. Then Compound Tropicamide Eye Drops was put in the eyes once every 5 minutes for 3 times in total. After 30 minutes， automatic computer optometry was carried out automatically during mydriasis and each eye was tested for 3 times to obtain the average value.
