复杂性肛瘘术后藻酸盐功能性敷料填塞伤口的效果评价

[摘要] 目的 探讨复杂性肛瘘术后采用藻酸盐功能性敷料（AFD）填塞伤口的效果。方法 选取我院于2016年1月～2017年6月收治的复杂性肛瘘术后患者64例，将其随机分成观察组和对照组，每组32例。对照组采用凡士林油纱条进行填塞，观察组采用AFD进行填塞。比较两组术后48 h初次取填塞物和术后72 h换药时患者的VAS评分，手术结束时和术后48 h初次取填塞物时患者的创面出血评分，术后24、48 h患者的创面渗液评分。结果 观察组在术后48 h初次取出填塞物和术后72 h时换药时的VAS明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组在手术结束时和术后48 h初次取填塞物时的创面出血评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组在术后24、48 h时的创面渗液评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对复杂性肛瘘患者术后应用AFD 填塞伤口能够显著减轻患者术后疼痛，降低切口出血率，缓解创面的渗血、渗液情况，适合临床推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of alginate functional dressing （AFD） stuffing the wound after complex anal fistula.Methods 64 patients with complex anal fistula treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into the observation group （n=32） and control group （n=32）.The control group was treated with vaseline oil yarn packing while the observation group was treated with AFD.VAS score of patients when taking out the stuffing for the first time after 48 h operation and after 72 h operation dressing，the wound hemorrhage score at the end of the operation and when taking out the stuffing for the first time after 48 h operation，and percolation score of wound after 24 h and 48 h operation between the two groups...
