基于PIC12F508的交流接触器节电器设计
摘 要:CJ系列交流接触器应用广泛,但是运行噪声大,耗电高,线圈铁心运行温度高,易烧毁。介绍一款节电器,它能有效地解决接触器运行过程中的众多问题。根据接触器工作过程分出的吸合和保持两个阶段的不同特点,采用超小型单片机PIC12F508控制接触器吸合电压和维持电压,实现接触器的无声运行和节能的目的,同时改造了交流接触器线圈,节省大量的铜线。

Design of Electricity Saving Device for AC Contactor

Abstract: AC contactors in CJ series is widely used, but there are many problems such as loud noise, high power-consumption, high temperature of iron core coil in the course of operational process. It is of great practical significance to solve the problems. A electricity saving device introduced in the article solved the problems. The noiseless running and electricity saving were achieved by the aid of PIC12F508 to control pick-up voltage and maintaining voltage of AC contactor. Furthermore, much copper has been saved by means of reforming the coil.

CJ系列交流接触器以价格便宜及使用寿命长的优势,广泛应用于低压配电,但在运行当中电能损耗大,噪音大,并且经常烧毁线圈。本文针对交流接触器运行噪声大,耗电高,线圈铁心运行温度高,易烧毁的难题,设计了一款适合CJ系列交流接触器的节电器,主要是采用单片机PIC12F508控制可控硅的导通角,也就是控制加在负载(交流接触器线圈)上的电压波形,从而实现交流接触器的大电流直流吸合,低压小电流维持运行,达到无声节能的目的。
