新型生物杀菌剂新奥霉素对七种蔬菜病原菌的室内毒力测定

摘要:为明确新奥霉素对蔬菜病原菌的抑制活性,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了新奥霉素对7种蔬菜病原菌的毒力。结果表明,新奥霉素对7种蔬菜病原菌均具有一定的抑制作用,其中对疫霉菌表现出较强的抑制作用,对大豆疫霉根腐病菌(Phytophthora sojae)、茄绵疫病菌(Phytophthora parasitica)和辣椒疫病菌(Phytophthora capsici)的EC50分别为7.18、11.17、76.90 mg/L;而对茄子褐纹病菌(Phomopsis vexans)、番茄灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)、黄瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)和番茄早疫病菌(Alternaria solani)的抑制作用较弱,其EC50分别为83.85、105.20、178.29、195.28 mg/L。

Abstract: The toxicity of Xinaomycin to 7 vegetable pathogens was determined by the methods of mycelial growth inhibition to ascertain its inhibitory activity against vegetable pathogens. The results showed that Xinaomycin had certain extent inhibition effect on 7 vegetable pathogens which had strong inhibition effect on Phytophthora. The EC50 were 7.18, 11.17, 76.90 mg/L for Phytophthora sojae, Phytophthora parasitica and Phytophthora capsici respectively. It had weak inhibition effect on Phomopsis vexans, Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium oxysporum and Alternaria solani and its EC50 were 83.85,105.20,178.29,195.28 mg/L respectively.
