对运输收入信息管理工作“强基达标，提质增效”的思考
【摘 要】2017年，收入系统'强基达标，提质增效“工作，在总公司和路局、路局党委的正确领导下，扎实推进，有序开展。收入基础管理、进款及收入核算、管理部门履职履责等收入基础工作质量得到了夯实，防范资金风险的能力得到了加强。优化运输收入管理信息系统，提高科技确保票款安全的能力，是下阶段收入系统'强基达标，提质增效“工作的重点和难点。
【Abstract】In 2017， the work of 'strengthening the foundation up to standard， improving the quality and efficiency“ of income system， under the correct leadership of the head office and the road bureau， the road bureau party committee， this work is promoted solidly， and conducted orderly. The quality of income basic work is compacted such as revenue base management， income and income accounting， management department perform duties and so on， and the ability of against funding risk is strengthened. The main point and difficult work of "strengthening the foundation up to standard， improving the quality and efficiency" for income system next step is optimizing the traffic income management information system and improving the science and technology to ensure the ability of fare safety.
