分析疾病诱因提高医院职工生活质量
摘要：目的是调查中关村医院近13年死亡职工的死因，研究保障职工生命健康的措施。方法是分析中关村医院2003- 2016年间50例死亡职工的病例资料，对导致死亡的病因归类汇总。结果是50例导致死亡的死因中，心血管疾病23例、恶性肿瘤20例、晚期老年痴呆引起的身体机能衰竭5例。结论是导致死亡职工死亡的病因中以慢性病为主，单位应该重视，职工体检，做到疾病早预防、早发现、早治疗，保障职工健康。

Abstract Objective：To investigate the caues of death of employees in Zhongguancun Hospital in recent 13 years，in order to develop programs to protect the health of employees Methods：Analysis the hospital record of 50 death cases of the employees in Zhongguancun Hispital from2003-2016，classify the cause of death Results：In the 50 cause ，cause of death is followed by order：cardiovascular disease 23 cases，malignancy 20 cases，physical function failure due to advanced Alzheimer’s disease 5 cases.Conclusions：The death cases were given priority to chronic disease，the hospital administrators should protect the employees’health by paying attention to the worker’s physical examination，and to prevent the diseases at early stage as well as early detection and early treatment.

北京市中关村医院创建于1957年，前身是中国科学院西郊门诊部，医院位于中关村高科技园区核心区，属于北京市区属二级甲等综合性医院。负责203个统筹合同单位、附近中国科学院23个科研院所、600余名高知高干的医疗保健任务。因其地域的特殊性和建院时的历史原因，医院老职工中有相当一部分是科学院家属。
