阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效及安全性
[摘要] 目的 探讨阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。 方法 选取笔者所在医院2009年10月～2011年5月收治的160例支原体肺炎患儿，随机分为治疗组（阿奇霉素治疗）80例和对照组（复方丹参注射液治疗）80例，比较两组治疗效果及不良反应。 结果 治疗组有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），治疗组的退热时间，咳嗽好转时间，罗音消失时间和平均住院时间与对照组比较均明显缩短，两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效明显，安全可靠，值得在临床上推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of azithromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods The hospital in October 2009 to May 2011 were treated 160 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.They were randomly divided into two groups of 80 cases,the treatment group(azithromycin treatment)and the observation group(compound danshen injection treatment).Compared with clinical efficacy and adverse reaction. Results In the treatment group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than the observation group(P＜0.05);the defervescence time,cough turnaround time,hospital stays were significantly shortened(P＜0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of azithromycin treated pediatric pneumoniae is obvious,safe and reliable,it is worth to the clinical application.
