基础治疗联合牙周维护治疗慢性牙周炎70例效果观察
【摘要】 目的：评价基础治疗联合牙周维护治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法：选取2015年10月-2016年9月笔者所在医院收治的139例患者，应用单双号法将其分为联合组（n=70）和对照组（n=69），对照组给予基础治疗，联合组给予基础治疗及牙周维护联合治疗，观察两组患者治疗前后的PLI、PD、BI、CAL及疾病治疗效果。结果：两组患者治疗前的PLI、PD、BI、CAL比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的PLI、PD、BI、CAL均低于治疗前，且联合组患者的PLI、PD、BI、CAL均低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；联合组患者疾病治疗总有效率高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：基础治疗联合牙周维护治疗慢性牙周炎疗效显著。

【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of basic therapy combined with periodontal care in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Method： From October 2015 to September 2016，139 patients admitted to the author’s hospital were selected and divided into combined group（n=70） and control group（n=69） by single and double number method.The control group was given basic treatment，the combined group was given basic treatment and periodontal maintenance combined treatment.Result：There were no significant differences in PLI，PD，BI and CAL between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）.After treatment，PLI，PD，BI and CAL in both groups were lower than before treatment，and the PLI，PD，BI and CAL in the combined group were lower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The total effective rate of...
