基于UCLA医学教育模式的学习体会及药理学教学启示
摘 要 为了提高国际学生的医学教学质量，2018年中国国家基金委员会组织了年轻的骨干教师参加了加州大学洛杉矶分校的教学培训。加州大学洛杉矶分校医学教育集成了基础，临床和社会科学，使用以器官系统为中心的模块化系统和基于PBL的教学系统，有目的地将临床内容渗透到基础医学教学中，结合加州大学洛杉矶分校的教学模式和华东理工大学的实际情况，给出了以下启示：（1）基于理工科院校特色优化课程设置;（2）调整或减少部分验证式的动物实验;（3）开展多种教学方式教学。

Learning Experience Based on UCLA Medical Education
Model and Pharmacology Teaching Enlightenment

Abstract In order to improve the quality of medical teaching for international students， China national foundation committee organized young teachers to participate in the teaching training of UCLA in 2018. Medical education at the university of California， Los Angeles， integration， clinical， and social science， using the organ system centered modular system and teaching system based on PBL， purposefully will infiltrate into the teaching of basic medical clinical content. Combined with the university of California， Los Angeles teaching mode and the actual situation of the East China University of Science and Technology， the author obtains the following enlightenment： （1） based on the characteristics of science and engineering colleges and universities to optimize the curriculum， （2） adjust or reduce part of the validation of animal experiments， （3） to carry out a variety of teaching methods teaching.
