复杂的纤维肌性发育不良一例报告

【摘要】 该文报道一例少见的、表现为夹层主动脉瘤和布加综合征的重症纤维肌性发育不良（FMD）患者的诊治经过，探讨年轻患者合并高血压、水肿、间断突发腹水及肾损害，短期内出现重度胸腹主动脉夹层动脉瘤的诊断思路。该例提示，对于年轻患者，如发生舒张压升高为主的恶性高血压病同时合并肾脏损害，并在短期内出现与肾脏病严重程度不符的腹水，应注意筛查FMD。

【Abstract】 In this article， we reported the diagnosis and treatment of one rare case of fibromuscular dysplasia （FMD） manifested with aortic dissection and Budd-Chiari syndrome， aiming to offer ideas for the diagnosis of young FMD patients complicated with hypertension， edema， intermittent ascites， renal damage and severe thoracoabdominal aortic dissection occurring in a short period of time. This case prompts that young patients presenting with malignant hypertension with elevated diastolic blood pressure complicated with kidney injury and ascites that are inconsistent with the severity of kidney disease within a short period of time should receive the screening test of FMD.
