急性脑血管疾病意识障碍应用纳洛酮治疗的疗效观察

【摘要】&#8201;目的探讨纳洛酮治疗急性脑血管意识障碍的临床效果。方法选择90例急性脑血管疾病意识障碍的患者,随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组给予常规治疗急性脑血管意识障碍的药物,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用纳洛酮静脉滴注。2组均连续用药14d。观察2组总有效率,对2组疗效进行比较。结果治疗14d后治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.56%、73.33%,2组比较总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论纳洛酮具有催醒作用,应用于临床治疗急性脑血管疾病意识障碍有显著疗效。

Disturbance of Consciousness with Acute Cerebral Vascular Disease Treatment Efficacy of Naloxone

【Abstract】&#8201;ObjectiveTo investigate awareness of naloxone in the treatment of acute cerebral vascular disorder clinical effects. Methods90 patients with acute cerebral vascular disease in patients with consciousness disturbance,were randomly divided into treatment group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases).Control group received routine treatment of acute cerebral vascular disturbance of consciousness drug treatment group received conventional therapy based on the use of naloxone infusion.Continuous medication for 14 days in both groups.The total effective rate were observed on the two groups were compared.Results After 14 days treatment group and the control group the total effective rate was 93.3%,72.4%,the total efficiency of the two groups was significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionNaloxone has a snooze function used in clinical treatment of acute cerebral vascular disease have a significant effect of disturbance of consciousness.
