六种桂花的傅里叶变换红外光谱快速鉴别
摘要:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪的衰减全反射附件”OMNI采样器,对湖北咸宁所产的金桂、银桂、蒲城丹桂、硬叶丹桂、天香台阁四季桂、小叶四季桂等4个种群的6个不同品种的桂花(Osmanthus fragrans)进行了红外光谱对比分析。结果表明,6个桂花样品在1 731~1 022 cm-1区域的红外光谱吸收峰差异明显。应用衰减全反射红外光谱技术可对不同品种的桂花进行快速鉴别。

Rapid Identification of Six Kinds of Osmanthus Fragrans by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy

Abstract: OMNI sampler, the attenuated total reflection accessory of the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(ATR-FTIR), was used to collect the infrared spectra of six kinds of Osmanthus fragrans belonging to four different species including thunbergii,latifolius,aurantiacus ‘Pucheng’,aurantiacus ‘Yingye’,semperflorens‘Tianxiangtaige’,semperflorens ‘Xiaoye’ from Xianning city, Hubei province. Results showed that the absorption peaks of the infrared spectra for different samples in the area of 1 731~1 022 cm-1 were quite different from each other. The ATR-FTIR technique could rapidly identify different kinds of O. fragrans.
