教师专业发展视域下高校教师信息化教学能力培养探析
摘 要 '互联网+教育“对高等教育教学提出挑战,教师的信息化教学能力的提升不仅对提高教学质量而且对于促进教师的专业发展起到决定性作用,日渐成为教师教育研究的热点问题。文章深入阐释了高校教师信息化教学能力的内涵,信息化教学能力有利于促进高校教师专业能力的提高、实践性知识的增长、反思能力的提升从而促进教师专业发展。高校教师信息化教学能力的培养路径为:教师转变教育理念,师生共同发展;加强教学资源建设,创设个性化学习环境;培训模式灵活多样,构建网络学习共同体。
