MW级永磁同步发电机空载电势正弦畸变率分析

摘 要:以内置式U型永磁同步發电机为例,针对永磁同步发电机电势畸变率较高的问题,分析其原因,同时提出转子非均匀气隙方法与定子斜槽方法。通过有限元的方法进行仿真实验,将转子采用均匀气息与非均匀气隙下的空载电势、气隙磁密与齿槽转矩进行对比分析,得出转子采用非均匀气隙后对电动势畸变率的影响;提出3D模型的2D分段法来提高有限元2D仿真准确度,同时得出不同定子斜槽对齿谐的抑制效果,并得出齿槽转矩在不同斜槽下的波形图及幅值表,获得空载相电势波形的局部放大图,并得出最佳的定子斜槽。在采用优化气隙及斜槽后,电压畸变率由7.32%降为4.8%,满足设计要求。

Generator No-load Voltage Sine Distortion Rate

Abstract:In this paper, to solve the higher distortion factor of permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG), we discuss the reasons that result in the higher distortion factor and put forward tow methods, including using the non-uniformity air-gap and skew slot of stator. To obtain corresponding conclusions, the no-loading EMF and the air gap flux density and cogging torque, which are respectively in the case of non-uniformity air-gap and uniform air-gap, are compared by the way of finite element; in the same time, put forward a 2D segmentation method to solve the 3D issue.
