专科学校医学微生物综合性实验设计与教学实践

摘 要:医学微生物学实验课是联系微生物学理论与实践的重要桥梁,在医学微生物学教学中占据重要地位。但在传统的实验教学模式中多为验证性实验,学生在实验开始前已经根据理论知识的学习知晓即将出现的实验结果。学习效果和教学效果都不理想,不会发散学生的思维,不会引导学生对所学内容灵活运用。文章初步探索一种强调以临床(案例)问题为核心,以临床病原学诊断和消毒灭菌为主线,通过病案讨论,针对感染性疾病的病原体和临床工作中的环境、物品、人体局部等消毒灭菌问题,提出(设计)实验方案””自主综合性设计实验教学模式。该模式使学生在掌握医学实验的基本技术、增强实际操作能力的基础上,还能将所学医学微生物学理论知识在实验中得到整合和运用,从而能拓展科学的思维、培养探索式学习习惯,体现高等职业教育医学专业岗位职业能力的培养。

Abstract: The experiment course of medical microbiology is a significant bridge that connects microbiology theories with practice and plays an important role in the teaching of medical microbiology. However, verified experiments have occupied the most in the traditional experimental teaching mode and students have already known the results based on their theoretical knowledge learned before the experiment, which leads to unsatisfactory learning and teaching effects that cannot diverge the students" thinking and guide their flexible application of the contents learned. In this paper, a preliminary exploration emphasizing clinical/case problems as its core is made.
