现代生物技术的应用与管理
【摘 要】在科学技术迅速发展的21世纪，生物技术作为一种可能改变未来经济格局的技术，在医药健康、环境保护、新能源、新材料，现代农业和海洋等领域发挥着越来越重要的作用，然而盲目地开发与滥用同样会给人类健康和生态环境带来潜在的威胁，对其进行合理的利用和管理就显得尤为关键。以三种具有代表性的生物技术为例，结合其具体的应用价值分别论述了它们的发展与前景，研究探讨了促进社会经济效益的管理方法，并根据当前趋势提出建议以供相关领域的同行和专家参考借鉴。

【Abstract】During the rapid development of science and technology in the 21st century，biotechnology plays a very important role in healthcare， environment，new energy & material，agriculture & ocean etc.As a new possible solution that may transform the economic layout in the future，it could also cause serious consequences to human health and ecologic balance by over deployment or abuse， therefore proper utilization and management would become crucial.This article would describe the application and prospect about modern biotechnology by three classic examples respectively， and then discuss several management approaches that could add more value to human society.Meanwhile it makes some suggestions for peers and experts’reference in related field based on current trends.
