创伤后肘关节功能障碍的外科治疗及疗效评价
摘要：目的 探讨创伤后肘关节功能障碍的外科治疗及疗效。方法 选取我院2015年5月～2016年5月收治的肘关节功能障碍患者60例作为研究对象，采用个性化入路手术松解配合铰链式肘关节外固定支架治疗。比较治疗前后肘关节恢复情况。结果 术前肘关节活动度明显低于术后，Mayo评分明显低于术后，差异显著（P<0.05）；术前生活自理能力、关节稳定性、屈伸活动以及疼痛程度明显低于术后，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 创伤后肘关节功能障碍采用个性化入路手术松解配合铰链式肘关节外固定支架治疗，能明显改善肘关节功能，值得临床推广使用。

Surgical Treatment and Efficacy Evaluation of Posttraumatic Elbow Joint Dysfunction

Abstract：Objective To explore the surgical treatment and curative effect of elbow joint dysfunction after trauma.Methods In our hospital in May 2015～2016 year in May from the elbow joint dysfunction in 60 patients as the research object，using personalized surgical loosening with hinged elbow external fixator treatment.Before and after the treatment of elbow joint recovery.Results The preoperative elbow mobility was lower than that of the postoperative，and the Mayo score was significantly lower than that after the operation（P<0.05）；Preoperative self-care ability，joint stability，flexion and the degree of pain was significantly lower than that after operation，significant difference（P<0.05）.Conclusion Traumatic elbow joint dysfunction with personalized surgical lysis treatment with hinged elbow external fixator，can significantly improve the elbow function，is worthy of clinical use.
