徐州城市空气中霉菌群落分布规律及结构组成差异性研究

摘要:霉菌和人们的日常生活息息相关,弄清城市不同功能区环境空气中霉菌群落组成变化和分布特点对制定相应的评价方法和防治措施等都具有特别重要的意义。我们通过监测、培养、分类、鉴定和统计分析,分别对徐州市城区不同季节、昼夜24小时空气中霉菌群落组成变化和分布特点进行了研究,并得出了相应的结论。

Abstract:Mold and People"s Daily life is closely linked, to understand different function mold community composition changes in ambient air and distribution characteristics to formulate the corresponding evaluation method and the prevention and control measures are particularly important. We by monitoring, training, classification, identification and statistical analysis, respectively,of xuzhou urban area in different seasons,24 hours,a day and night air change fungal community composition and distribution characteristics are studied, and the corresponding conclusions.

1 研究方法与质量保证
采样仪器使用撞击式空气微生物采样器(FA-1型),采样高度1.5m,采样时长5min,采样标况体积0.1425m2。培养基采用霉菌(真菌)培养基。采样完毕后将培养皿放置在霉菌培养箱内恒温培养72h,培养温度为28±0.5℃,然后进行菌落计数。菌落分类鉴定使用显微镜(奥林帕斯Cx41型和Ix71型)进行显微镜检,主要通过观察菌落形态特征和显微镜下的孢子结构来确定种类,根据实验室条件,能...
