专业学位型神经病学研究生能力培养探讨
[摘要] 探讨专业学位型神经病学研究生能力培养模式。本文通过研究国内外研究生培养模式，提出了培养专业学位型神经病学研究生创新能力的培养模式和渠道，新培养模式是通过改革教学模式和临床训练方法，引导研究生快速掌握基础研究和临床技能关键内容，具有解决科研和临床问题能力。同时，以新的评价与考核制度，可以激励教学相长，实现培养目标。提示新培养模式有助于神经病学研究生创新能力的培养。

Study on the mode of cultivating ability of professional degree postgraduate students of neurology

[Abstract] In order to explore innovative mode for professional degree postgraduate students of neurology， modes of cultivating postgraduate students in China or oversea were studied， and new cultivation mode was designed to develop the innovative ability of professional degree postgraduate students of neurology. The new mode of cultivating could induce postgraduate students rapidly grasping key aspects of clinical technique and basic research methods， taking possession of the ability to solve scientific and clinical problem. The new comprehensive evaluating and examining system could encourage the progress in teaching and learning， moreover achieve training objectives. The results suggest that the new mode of cultivating could contribute to cultivating innovative ability of professional degree postgraduate students of neurology.
