双转子混合励磁电机优化设计和特性分析

摘要:提出一种新型双转子混合励磁电机(dual rotor hybrid excitation motor,DRHEM)拓扑结构,通过单定子”双转子的结构实现了电励磁双凸极电机(doubly salient electromagnetic motor,DSEM)和永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)的高效结合。给出了所研究电机的基本结构和工作原理,讨论了DSEM部分和PMSM部分的极槽匹配原则。通过建立电机有限元求解模型,计算和分析了电机内的电磁场,得出最优结构及参数。研究结果表明:新结构混合励磁具有简单、紧凑、无刷励磁、电磁损耗小等特点。通过励磁电流的调节,优化后的混合励磁电机具备良好的调磁性能和宽广的调磁范围,在航空电源启动系统中有重要应用价值。
