微生物检验在医院感染控制中的应用与意义
【摘要】目的：探讨微生物检验在医院感染控制中的应用价值。方法：抽取我院住院患者200例象，按国际随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组，每组100例。对照组给予常规的临床治疗和护理，观察组在此基础上额外给予微生物检验进行医院感染监控。结果：观察组的医院感染发生率为7.0%，明显低于对照组患者的25.0%，P<0.05。观察组患者医院感染程度，明显低于对照组患者，P<0.05。结论：将微生物检验应用到医院感染控制中，能够显著降低患者的医院感染发生率和医院感染程度，具有较高的实践应用价值。

Abstract Objective： To explore the application value of microbiological examination in hospital infection control. Methods ： 200 cases of hospitalized patients in our hospital were extracted and divided into observation group and control group by international random number table method， with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine clinical treatment and care， and the observation group was given additional microbiological examination to monitor the infection of the hospital. Results： the incidence rate of hospital infection in the observation group was 7.0%， which was significantly lower than that in the control group， and P<0.05. The degree of infection of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group， P<0.05. Conclusion： the application of microbiological examination to hospital infection control can significantly reduce the incidence of hospital infection and the degree of hospital infection， which has high practical application value.
