留学生医学微生物学教学的思考和建议
【摘要】 留学生教学工作是对外开放的一个窗口，其教学质量直接关系到国家和学校的声誉。本文就留学生医学微生物学教学中的实践体会，提出教师需加强自身素质培养，进一步提高业务和英语水平；注重启发式教学，培养留学生的自学能力；合理应用现代化教学手段，既要充分发挥多媒体技术在医学微生物学教学中的优势，又要发挥教师在教学活动中的主导地位，避免将课堂教学转变为多媒体课件的演示；严明考试和考勤制度，促进良好学风的形成。

【Abstract】 Teaching for oversea students is an opening window to the outside world， its efficiency and performance is directly related to the reputation of our country and school. Here， we summarize some experience of medical microbiology teaching for oversea students. It points out that teachers should enhance competence education， to further improve the professional and English level， pay attention to the heuristic teaching and students’ self-learning ability. Meanwhile， the reasonable application of modern teaching means should be emphasized. The advantage of multimedia technology and the leading position of teachers should be given full play in medical microbiology teaching， and be sure not to change classroom instructions to multimedia courseware demo. At the same time， examination and attendance system should be strengthened to promote the formation of good study style.
