整建制教学在临床检验专业教学中的探讨
摘 要 整建制教学是由五年制医科大学学生在校完成三年专业基础课程后到各医科大附属医院进行为期两年的专业授课与临床实践的一种教学模式。随着近代医学的飞速发展,医学检验已经从单一的学科转变为多学科交叉融合的综合性学科。根据医学临床检验专业的发展特点,在专业教学过程中如何运用整建制模式,将专业理论知识与技能操作实践无缝结合,是目前临床医学检验教学的重要研究问题及方向。本文将结合在医学检验专业中整建制教学模式的教学实例,简述传统教学模式与整建制教学的基本特点、整建制教学实施要点以及检验专业教学过程中应用整建制教学模式的成效及取得的教学效果。

Abstract The teaching of whole construction system is a teaching mode for the five year medical university students to carry out a two-year professional teaching and clinical practice after completing the three year professional basic courses in the Medical University. With the rapid development of modern medicine, medical examination has changed from a single subject to a multidisciplinary and integrated discipline. According to the development characteristics of the medical clinical laboratory, it is an important research problem and direction for the clinical medical examination teaching to combine the professional theory knowledge with the practice of skill in the course of professional teaching. This article will introduce the basic characteristics of the traditional teaching mode and the whole system teaching, the main points of the implementation of the whole system and the results of the application of the teaching model in the teaching process and the teaching results.
