冠心病患者血尿酸水平与血管内皮功能相关性分析

【摘要】 目的：探讨血尿酸对冠心病患者血管内皮功能的影响，并分析其相关性。方法：选取2013年2月-2015年3月本院收治的82例冠心病患者作为观察组，另择同期门诊体检健康者82例作为对照组，分别测定两组血浆髓过氧化物酶（MPO）、一氧化氮（NO）和内皮素（ET）水平，并运用统计学方法分析患者血尿酸水平与血管内皮功能相关性。结果：观察组MPO和ET浓度均高于对照组，而NO浓度低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；冠心病患者血尿酸水平与MPO和ET值呈正相关（r=0.781、0.489，P<0.05），而与NO值呈显著负相关（r=-0.683，P<0.05）。结论：血尿酸水平升高可致血管内皮功能受损，其在动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展中起重要作用，是冠心病发病的危险因素。
