新西兰梅西大学农业类高等教育教学经验与启示
摘 要 新西兰梅西大学农学专业是该校最老的专业，2015～2016年在世界大学排名农业和林学专业挤进前50名，有着先进的教学理念和教学方法。梅西大学注重培养学生实际产业知识和技能，培养的学生极具竞争力，深受雇主欢迎。本文总结了梅西大学农业类高等教育的专业设置、培养过程、课程学习和实践教学。与我国农业类专业相比较，梅西大学办学具有专业设置灵活、基础厚、注重过程教学和实践教学特点。梅西大学在农业类教学中的有益经验，对于中国农业类高等教育教学具有较大的借鉴价值。

Abstract The Department of Agronomy at Massey University in New Zealand is the oldest major in the school. In 2015-16， it ranked the top 50 in the world"s university rankings in agriculture and forestry， with advanced teaching concepts and teaching methods. Massey University focuses on cultivating students" practical industry knowledge and skills. The students are highly competitive and are well received by employers. This paper summarizes the professional setting， training process， course study and practical teaching of agricultural higher education in Massey University. Compared with China"s agricultural majors， Massey University has a flexible professional setting， a strong foundation， and a focus on process teaching and practical teaching. The beneficial experience of Massey University in agricultural teaching has great reference value for Chinese agricultural higher education teaching.
