单角子宫和残角子宫的超声图像特征和误诊分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨阴道超声及三维超声对单角子宫和残角子宫的诊断价值。方法 27例考虑子宫发育畸形的妇科患者, 通过超声图像、腹腔镜及宫腔镜术后诊断及门诊超声随访进行回顾性综合对比分析。结果 27例患者, 其中确诊单角子宫和残角子宫10例, 误诊17例。结论 二维超声结合三维超声对残角和单角子宫的诊断具有一定的临床意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound for unicornuate uterus and rudimentary uterine horn. Methods A retrospectively comparative analysis was made for 27 gynecological patients with suspected uterine malformations, who received diagnosis by ultrasound image, laparoscope, hysteroscope and ultrasound follow-up. Results Among the 27 case, 10 of them had diagnosed unicornuate uterus and rudimentary uterine horn, and the other 17 cases were misdiagnosed. Conclusion Combination of two -dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound contains certain clinical significance for diagnosis of unicornuate uterus and rudimentary uterine horn.

单角子宫和残角子宫作为特殊类型的子宫发育异常, 在工作中极易发生误诊和漏诊。单角子宫是一侧副中肾管发育正常, 而对侧完全或几乎完全停止发育所导致, 停止发育的一侧也可形成残角子宫, 因仅有一侧血管, 血液供应不足, 临床上常表现为不孕症、习惯性流产, 因宫腔狭小, 胎儿宫内发育迟缓、臀位、胎膜早破等孕产期并发症发生率高。残角子宫是一侧副中肾管发育过程中发生停滞等异常情况, 而形成不同程度的残角子宫, 多数仅通过纤维条束与对侧的单角子宫连接, 与对侧宫腔未贯通。根据残角子宫是...
