摘要： 体育产业作为'中原崛起“的重要组成部分，对于'中原崛起“的实现将发挥积极的促进作用。随着经济的快速发展，中原经济区核心地区的河南省体育产业已经由最初的探索尝试阶段进入到全面发展阶段。这一时期河南省的体育产业总体上表现为增长较快、规模不断扩大、门类相对增多、出现了部分品牌体育产业项目的良好态势，发展体育产业是加快转变经济发展方式的迫切需要、是建设体育强省强国的重要内容、是提升人民群众幸福指数和促进人的全面发展的必然要求。
Abstract： Sports industry as an important part of China"s economy plays a positive role in promoting the realization of "rise of central China". With the rapid development of economy， the sports industry in Henan province of the core area of central plains economy already has entered into all-round development stage from the initial exploring stage. During this period， the sports industry in Henan province develops rapidly， the scale is continually expanding， the relative number of categories increases. Some of brand of sports industry projects develop healthily. Developing sports industry is the urgent need to speed up the transformation of the mode of economic development， is the important content of the construction of sports strong province， and is inevitable requirement to improve people"s overall development and improve the happiness index.

0 引言
作为国民经济中新经济增长点的体育产业是朝阳产业、健康产业、低碳产业，不仅具有满足人民群众多元文化精神需求，促进倡导公平、公开、公正的理念，促进社会和谐发展和全面提高人们整体素质的社会功能，同时还具有调结构、保增长、扩内需、促就业的经济功能，在加快发展服务业、转变经济发展方式过程中具有不可替代的作用。
