多西环素分散片治疗非淋菌尿道炎195例临床分析

摘 要 目的：评价多西环素分散片治疗非淋菌尿道炎的临床疗效和安全性观察。方法：多西环素分散片治疗沙眼衣原体或/和解脲脲原体感染引起的非淋菌尿道炎患者 195例，每次 0.1 g，2 次/d，连续 14 d。结果：195例患者痊愈率 46.2%，总有效率 86.2%。沙眼衣原体和解脲脲原体病原体转阴率分别为 84.6%和 86.2%，不良反应率为 8.7%。结论：多西环素分散片能有效且安全的治疗非淋菌性尿道炎。

Clinical analysis of 195 cases of non-gonococcal urethritis treated with doxycycline dispersible tablets

ABSTRACT Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of doxycycline dispersible tablets in the treatment of non-gonococcal urethritis. Methods： Doxycycline dispersible tablets were used at 0.1 g， twice a day to treat 195 patients with non-gonococcal urethritis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis or/and Ureaplasma urealyticun infection for 14 days. Results： The cure rate in 195 cases accounted for 46.2%， and the total effective rate was 86.2%. The negative conversion rates of Chlamydia trachomatis and Ureaplasma urealyticun were 84.6% and 86.2% and the incidence of adverse reactions were 8.7%. Conclusion： Doxycycline dispersible tablets can effectively and safely treat non-gonococcal urethritis.
