慢性前列腺炎患者感染菌种类型与药敏分析
【摘要】 目的：通过分析慢性前列腺炎患者病原体感染的菌种及药敏情况，为临床治疗慢性前列腺炎患者提供科学依据。方法：回顾性分析本院泌尿外科门诊的302例慢性前列腺炎患者为研究对象，对其进行病原体监测，并对药敏结果进行研究。结果：302例慢性前列腺炎患者共分离出141株病原菌。主要为革兰阳性菌115株，占81.56%。其中金黄色葡萄球菌38株，占26.95%；溶血葡萄球菌32株，占22.70%；表皮葡萄球菌25株，占17.73%；凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌9株，占6.38%；肠球菌11株，占7.80%。革兰氏阴性菌24株，占17.02%。其中大肠埃希菌14株，占9.93%；肺炎克雷伯菌8株，占5.67%；阴沟肠杆菌2株，占1.42%。真菌2株，占1.42%。分离出的115株革兰阳性菌，葡萄球菌属达95株，占82.61%，其中对青霉素、克林霉素、阿奇霉素耐药率达90%以上，对万古霉素100%敏感。结论：慢性前列腺炎患者感染的主要病原菌为革兰阳性菌，耐药现象日趋严重，合理选用抗菌药物，以便更加有效的预防与控制前列腺炎的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective：To provide scientific basis for the clinical treatment of chronic prostatitis by analyzing the bacterial and drug susceptibility of pathogen infection in patients with chronic prostatitis.Method：A retrospective analysis of 302 patients with chronic prostatitis in the urology department of our hospital was investigated， and the results of the drug were studied.Result：A total of 141 pathogenic bacteria were isolated in 302 patients with chronic prostatitis，mainly for the 115 strains of the Gram-positive bacteria，accounting for 81.56%.Among them，38 strains of the Golden Grape fungus，accounting for 26.95%；32 strains of the Haemolytic Staphylococcus，accounting for 22.70%；25 strains of the Epidermal Staphylococcus，accounting for 17.73% percent；9 strains of the Coagulase Negative Staphylococcus，accounting for 6.38%；11 strains of the Enterococcus，accounting for 7.80%.There were 24 strains of the Gram-negative bacteria，accounting for 17.02%，of whi...
