四子王旗马铃薯产业比较优势研究
摘 要：马铃薯作为四子王旗传统优势作物，在当地农业生产和农民增收中发挥着重要的作用。在回顾比较优势理论的基础上，运用生产规模优势指标、生产效率优势指标、综合比较优势指标这些定量评价体系评述了四子王旗马铃薯产业的比较优势。结果表明，四子王旗马铃薯产业的综合比较优势和生产规模比较优势明显，但没有出现持续增长的态势，且优势指数出现了下滑，认为这和生产经营方式落后，信息不对称、营销难，马铃薯加工能力落后，产品附加值低等不利因素有极大关系。针对此，提出了相应的建议：当地应该转变经营方式、转变营销观念、提高产品附加值来促进马铃薯产业的发展。

The Comparative Advantages of Potato Industry in Siziwang Banner

Abstract： The potato as the traditional dominant crop of Siziwang Banner， it plays an important role in agricultural product and increasing of farmers’ income in local area. The paper which based on the review of the theory of comparative advantage， used the targets in production scale advantages and indicators of productivity advantages and comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the comparative advantages of index system， reviewed the comparative advantage of the potato industry in Siziwang Banner. The results showed that the production of a comprehensive comparative advantage and comparative scale advantages were obvious in potato industry Siziwangqi Banner， but there was no sustained growth， and the advantages of index down there， which had a great relationship with this mode of operation and production behind， asymmetric information， marketing difficult， potato processing capacity backwardness， low value-added products unfavorable factors.
