破壁灵芝孢子粉对非小细胞肺癌患者化疗前后免疫功能影响的临床观察
【摘要】 目的 观察破壁灵芝孢子粉改善非小细胞肺癌化疗患者外周血T细胞亚群指标变化情况。 方法 58例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为试验组和对照组， 其中试验组（破壁灵芝孢子粉联合TP方案化疗）29例， 对照组（单独TP方案）29例， 化疗前及第2、4周期化疗后进行外周血T细胞亚群（CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+）水平检测。结果 治疗后试验组T细胞亚群中CD4+/CD8+比值较治疗前及对照组治疗后均有升高， 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 破壁灵芝孢子粉可改善非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的T细胞亚群指标， 提升患者的细胞免疫功能， 值得临床上进一步推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the changes of T cell subsets in peripheral blood of non small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） patients during chemotherapy with broken ganoderma lucidum spores. Methods According to the inclusion criteria， divided 58 NSCLC patients into two groups， 29 cases in test group（TP chemotherapy combined with ganoderma lucidum spores）， 29 cases in control group（TP chemotherapy alone）， T cell subsets（CD3+， CD4+， CD8+， CD4+/CD8+） in the peripheral blood were detected before chemotherapy， after second and fourth cycles of chemotherapy respectively. Results After treatment， the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in treatment group had significant differences compared with that in control group and before treatment（P<0.05）. Conclusion Ganoderma lucidum spores can improve the indexes of T cell subsets in patients with non small cell lung cancer during chemotherapy， and enhance the cellular immune function of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
