双眼轮匝肌瓣法矫治先天性上睑下垂中的有效护理研究
[摘要]目的：研究双眼轮匝肌瓣法矫治先天性上睑下垂中配合针对性护理的护理效果。方法：选取上海市第十人民医院整形科2016年7月-2017年5月收治的60例（95眼）先天性上睑下垂患者，随机抽签分成观察组及对照组，每组各30例。两组患者均进行双眼轮匝肌瓣法矫治先天性上睑下垂，对照组进行常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上联合针对性护理干预。比较两组患者护理后并发症发生情况、治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果：观察组患者总并发症发生率为8.00%显著低于对照组的53.33%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗依从性评分及护理总满意率分别为（24.84±2.84）分、96.67%显著高于对照组的（20.67±2.72）分、76.67%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：先天性上睑下垂患者实施双眼轮匝肌瓣法配合针对性护理方法可进一步降低并发症发生率，提高患者的治疗依从性及护理满意度。

Abstract： Objective To study the nursing effect of binocular orbicularis muscle flap in the treatment of congenital ptosis. Methods From July 2016 to May 2017， 60 patients （95 eyes） with congenital blepharoptosis were selected and randomly divided into two groups： the observation group and the control group， 30 cases in each group. All patients were treated with binocular orbicularis muscle flap for congenital blepharoptosis， the control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was combined with targeted nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The complications， therapeutic compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
