脂肪栓塞综合征的研究进展
[摘要]脂肪栓塞是猝死病因中一种常见的原因，主要是长骨骨折以及大面积脂肪组织受到破坏引起脂肪栓塞破坏引起，死亡的机制主要是脂肪栓子进入肺内引起的肺栓塞所导致的，除较为常见的肺脂肪栓塞外，还有脑脂肪栓塞和脂肪栓塞综合征。通过研习近几年肺脂肪栓塞猝死机制，脂肪栓塞综合征的机制和新评价指标，脑脂肪栓塞综合征，以及引起脂肪栓塞综合征的特殊病因，了解脂肪栓塞研究的最新进展，探索脂肪栓塞检测新指标，及时治疗原发病和特殊疾病的恶化，准确地做出死亡原因推断，为医疗工作者提供新思路，为以后的科学研究提供一些参考。

Abstract： Fat embolism is a common reason leading to sudden unexpected death.Long bone fracture and large area fat destruction always bring to fat embolism，for the reason that the fat embolism migrates to the lung causing pulmonary embolism. In addition to the common pulmonary fat embolism， there are cerebral fat embolism and fat embolism syndromes.Through studying the pathogenesis of sudden death as a result of plumonary fat embolism， the pathogenesis and new evaluation index of fat embolism syndrome， cerebral fat embolism syndrome， and the special causes of fat embolism syndrome， this article reviews the latest progress in the study of fat embolism and explores new indicators for fat embolism detection， which provides new ideas for the timely treatment of primary disease and the deterioration of specific diseases as well as the accurate prediction of death causes. In addition， it also provides reference for future scientific research.
