动物防疫问题与解决措施
摘要：开展动物防疫工作能降低各类动物疫病的发病率，及时发现和防控重大动物疫病，避免动物疫病传播和蔓延。一些地区在动物防疫工作中还存在诸多问题，影响动物防疫工作效能的发挥。针对这种情况，需进一步完善动物防疫工作机制，加大防疫宣传力度，切实提升动物防疫工作水平及质量，为畜牧业的健康发展提供有力保障。该文主要论述固原市西吉县动物防疫存在的问题及解决措施。

Abstract：Carrying out animal epidemic prevention can reduce the incidence of various animal diseases，find and control major animal diseases in time，and avoid the spread and spread of animal diseases.In some areas，there are still many problems in animal epidemic prevention，which affect the effectiveness of animal epidemic prevention.In view of this situation，it is necessary to further improve the mechanism of animal epidemic prevention，strengthen the propaganda of animal epidemic prevention，improve the level and quality of animal epidemic prevention，and provide a strong guarantee for the healthy development of animal husbandry.This paper mainly discusses the problems and solutions of animal epidemic prevention in Xiji county，Guyuan City.

引言
固原市西吉縣处于宁夏南部山区，近年在农牧业产业政策的大力扶持下，畜牧业快速发展，肉羊、肉牛等养殖模式逐渐规模化，但也加大动物防疫工作的难度和工作压力。特别是近年，动物调运频繁、养殖管理等诸多因素的综合影响，动物疫病种类多且发病率较高，严重阻碍西吉县畜牧业的稳定发展。针对这种情况，需深入推进动物防疫工作，健全动物疫病的监测预防体系，最大程度上降低各类动物疫病的发生率。
