分析脑梗死患者长期卧床肺部感染病原菌与影响因素

【摘要】目的：分析脑梗死患者长期卧床肺部感染病原菌与影响因素。方法：选择2017年7月-2018年8月我院接收的80例脑梗死案例为研究对象，对患者实施常规治疗，治疗后统计患者的肺部感染的具体情况，对感染案例的病原菌进行分析。结果：分析所有病原菌的株数和构成比，对比分析后得知，病原菌分别是革兰阴性菌、葛兰阳性菌、真菌等，构成比分别是50%、30%和20%等，结论：脑梗死患者长期卧床休息，可能存在不同程度的肺部感染的现象，临床研究中需要结合具体情况，进行针对性的治疗和护理。

[Abstract] objective： to analyze the pathogenic bacteria and influencing factors of long-term bed-rest pulmonary infection in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods： 80 cases of cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to August 2018 were selected as research objects， and routine treatment was performed on the patients. After treatment， the specific situation of pulmonary infection in the patients was counted， and the pathogens of the infection cases were analyzed.Results： all the number and composition of the pathogen， after comparison and analysis， pathogenic bacteria were gram-negative bacteria， glen positive bacteria， fungi， such as composition is 50%， 30% and 20%， conclusion： the cerebral infarction patients with bed rest for a long time， there may be different levels of the phenomenon of lung infection， clinical research need to be combined with the specific circumstances， targeted treatment and care.
