不同方法治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病合并妊娠的效果观察
[摘要] 目的 探讨不同方法治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病（VVC）合并妊娠的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2012年1月～2014年1月门诊首次诊断为VVC合并妊娠的患者160例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组各80例。观察组采用西药克霉唑阴道片治疗，对照组采用中药保妇康栓治疗。两组均以1周为治疗疗程，2周后比较两组患者分泌物镜检下带菌与清除情况，比较两组的治疗效果。 结果 观察组假丝酵母菌清除率为96.25%，低于对照组的77.50%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组总有效率为96.25%，对照组总有效率为77.50%，两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 克霉唑阴道片应用方便、安全，是目前孕妇用药的首选。

Effects of various therapeutic methods in treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis combined with pregnancy

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of various therapeutic methods in treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) combined with pregnancy. Methods One hundred and sixty pregnant patients diagnosed as VVC during their first-time outpatient clinic visits from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.Clotrimazole vaginal tablet as western drug therapy was applied to the observation group,while baofukang suppository as traditional Chinese medical therapy was adopted to the control group.Each course of treatment lasted one week.After two-week treatment,the differences of bacterium-carrying and bacterium-removing in secreta by microscopic examinations in both groups were compared and the curative effects were calculated.
