经腹穿刺灌注法治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效分析
【摘要】 目的：观察左氧氟沙星联合替硝唑经腹穿刺灌注治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效。方法：选取笔者所在妇幼保健所妇科就诊经妇科检查及腹部B超等辅助检查确诊的320例慢性盆腔炎患者，170例（灌注组）应用左氧氟沙星联合替硝唑进行腹腔灌注，150例（理疗组）应用微波理疗。结果：经治疗后灌注组总有效率为97.6%；理疗组总有效率87.3%。结论：应用左氧氟沙星联合替硝唑经腹腔穿刺灌注，可直接针对病灶治疗，疗效可靠，值得临床广泛推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effects of Levofloxacin combined with Tinidazole by abdominal puncture in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Method：320 cases in our hospital were selected which were diagnosed by gynecological clinic examination，abdominal gynecological B ultrasonic and laboratory examinations.170 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory were treated by intraperitoneal Levofloxacin combined with Tinidazole of perfusion.150 cases was treated with microwave therapy.Result：After treatment，the total effective rate of the perfusion group was 97.6%，the physical group was 87.3%.Conclusion：Gynecological chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is treated with Levofloxacin combined with Tinidazole by abdominal puncture，the focus can be treated directly，it is effective and reliable，the method of treatment is worthy of extensive promotion.
