贵州省高疫情县肺结核病患者治疗依从性研究
[摘要] 目的 分析贵州省高疫情县肺结核病患者治疗依从性及相关影响因素，为进一步完善高疫情县结核病防控措施提供根据。方法 随机抽取贵州省高疫情县2016年登记的肺结核病患者进行问卷调查。结果 ①调查的378例患者中，治疗依从者236例（62.43%），不依从者142例（37.57%）。②治疗不依从的主要原因为'药物不良反应/其他合并症“56例（39.44%）。③單因素分析显示文化程度、婚姻状况和结核病类型患者的依从性差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。④多因素分析结果显示影响患者治疗依从性的因素主要有文化程度和婚姻状况（P<0.05）。结论 贵州省高疫情县肺结核病患者的治疗依从性不高，应加强健康教育和督导管理。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the treatment compliance and related influencing factors of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in high epidemic county of Guizhou Province， and to provide evidence for further improvement of tuberculosis prevention and control measures in high epidemic county. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on patients with pulmonary tuberculosis registered in Gaoyiqing County of Guizhou Province in 2016. Results 1.Of the 378 patients surveyed， 236 patients （62.43%） were treated adherent and 142 porthunts（37.57%） were non-compliant. 2.The main reason for treatment non-compliance was 56 cases （39.44%） of adverse drug reactions/other complications. 3.Univariate analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in compliance between the education level， marital status and tuberculosis type（P<0.05）. 4.Multivariate analysis showed that the factors affecting patient compliance were mainly education and marital status（P<0.05）.
