妇科肿瘤术后并发下肢深静脉血栓的临床观察

摘 要 目的：观察妇科肿瘤及下肢深静脉血栓的诊疗经过，探究DVT的发病因素、治疗以及预防办法。方法：研究组给予基础护理和药物辅以术前术后的针对性护理，对照组患者只给予普通药物和基础护理，观察比较两组的住院时间、下肢疼痛、治愈率及肺栓塞发生等情况。结果：研究组治愈49例，治愈率98.0%；对照组治愈40例，治愈率80.0%。结论：肥胖、高龄、手术时间过长等容易造成下肢静脉血栓，积极预防以及有效的护理具有较高的临床疗效，值得临床研究。

Clinical observation of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after gynecological tumor operation

Abstract Objective：To observed the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological tumor and deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.To research the pathogenesis，treatment and prevention measures of DVT.Methods：The study group were given nursing and medicine combined with targeted care before and after operation.The control group only received conventional medicine and nursing care.Observe and compare the hospitalization time，lower extremity pain，cure rate and the incidence of pulmonary embolism of the two groups.Results：In the study group，49 people were cured，and the cure rate was 98%.In the control group，40 people were cured，and the cure rate was 80%.Conclusion：It is easy to cause the venous thrombosis of lower extremity with obesity，older age，long operation time.The clinical curative effect is high if we prevent actively and nursing care effective，so it is worthy of clinical research.
