第二课堂视域下加强大学生社会主义核心价值观培育的策略研究
摘要:培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,是推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的战略任务,也是当前高校思想政治教育工作的重中之重。本文基于利益相关者理论,面向培育大学生核心价值观的四类利益相关者:学生本人、学生家长、高校教师及用人单位,选取了辽宁省20所高校,全国各地200家用人单位进行了抽样调查,分析了当前高校通过第一课堂进行核心价值观教育的效果及局限,探究了通过第二课堂进行核心价值观教育的载体和功效。结合数据分析和工作思考,笔者提出了以持续深化宣传思想、校园文化、社会实践三大育人平台建设为途径的基本策略。
Abstract: Cultivating and practicing the socialist core values is the strategic task of promoting the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the Chinese dream, and a top priority of the current ideological and political education work. Based on the stakeholder theory, orienting at the four stakeholders in cultivating college students" core values: students, parents, teachers and employers, this article selects 20 universities in Liaoning Province, and 200 employer around China for sampling survey. It analyzed the effect and limitations of the current university through a first class education of the core values, explores the carrier and efficacy of core values through the second classroom education. Combined with data analysis and thinking, the author puts forward the basic strategy: continuous deepening propaganda, construction of campus culture, social practice education platform construction.
