医院管理者关注医院管理伦理的方式及意义分析
【摘要】 近些年，随着医疗事业的不断发展，在医院管理过程中，医院管理伦理也获得了一定的发展和进步。而作为一种新兴的医院管理方式，医院管理伦理对于医院的发展具有十分积极作用，且其管理属性、功能、任务、内涵以及目的等，与医院管理道德相比存在较大差异。因此本文对医院管理者关注医院管理伦理的方式及意义做了详细研究，即详细阐述了医院管理者关注医院管理伦理的作用和意义，并从强化培训考核制度、加强建设管理制度、充分发挥伦理委员会作用明确医院伦理建设内容、加强监测与评价等五个方面，对医院管理伦理的建设和水平提升做了详细的阐述。

【Abstract】 In recent years，with the continuous development of the medical profession，in the process of hospital management，hospital management ethics also gained certain development and progress.As a new mode of hospital management，hospital management ethics plays a very positive role for the development of hospital management，and its properties，function，task，content and purpose so，compared with the moral of hospital management there is a big difference.The hospital managers focus on hospital management ethics and significance are studied in detail， which describes the role and significance of hospital management on hospital management ethics，strengthen the training evaluation system，strengthen the construction of management system， give full play to the role of the ethics committee，make clear the content of hospital ethics construction，strengthen monitoring and evaluation of five aspects，makes a detailed exposition of the construction and level promotion of hospital management ethics.
