我国农业科研机构大型仪器设备管理体制以及运行机制的思考
摘 要 阐述我国农业科研机构大型仪器设备管理方面存在的体制、机制问题，提出应加强农业科研机构大型仪器设备的管理，责任落实到人，完备设备采购前的必要性论证，按照开放、共享的基本原则，严格控制设备操作人员的基本业务能力，完善大型仪器的日常维护，最终实現仪器设备资源能最优配置的目的。
