推进医科大学生能力建设探讨
【摘要】 随着知识经济的到来，社会竞争日趋激烈，社会对大学生的能力要求越来越高，加强大学生能力建设已成为高等学校教育教学改革的重要内容。高等医学院校必须转变教育观念、提高思想认识；修订教学计划、完善实践教学体系；改革教学方法、提高教学效果；成立实训中心、加强实践基地建设；狠抓四个环节，培养学生能力，积极推进大学生能力建设，才能为国家培养合格的建设者和接班人。

【Abstract】With the coming of knowledge economy, social competition becomes fiercer and fiercer, and there is an increasingly higher demand of university students" ability in the society. Strengthening students" ability construction has become an important content of education and teaching reforms of colleges and universities. Medical colleges and universities must convert their education ideas, enhance their ideological thought, revise the teaching plan, perfect practical teaching system; reform teaching method, improve teaching effect, establish practical training center and strengthen practical base construction, take vigorous measures in four links, cultivate students" ability and actively promote the ability construction of university students. Only this way can they cultivate qualified constructors and successors for the country.
