IT质量信息反馈在高校信息化建设中的探索与构建
摘 要：随着高校信息化的不断发展，数字化校园已经成为高校信息化建设的核心，高校的数字化建设是一个复杂的过程，质量问题涉及高校的多个部门，出现质量问题后能及时有效地反馈是数字化校园建设顺利进行的重要保障，对高校的IT质量管理也提出了新的要求。本文结合高校数字化校园建设现阶段的具体情况，分析了目前高校IT质量管理中存在的问题，引入了质量管理理念，完善了高校与供方、供方与各部门、各部门之间的质量反馈沟通机制，建立了一套适合于高校的质量反馈管理流程，并依据此流程按分步实施的原则建立了IT质量反馈管理体系。该体系实施后规范了IT服务的流程管理并使得IT服务人员的工作量得以量化，提高了IT服务管理的水平和效率，为IT用户提供了更专业的服务。

Abstract：With the development of information technology in colleges and universities，digital campus is the core of the information construction of colleges and universities. Construction of digital campus is a complicated process. Quality problem involves multiple departments，and a timely and effective feedback of quality problem is an important guarantee of digital campus construction，which also puts forward a new demand for quality management in colleges and universities.
