门诊2280张抗菌药物处方的合理性分析

摘要目的:分析我院门诊处方中抗菌药物不合理应用情况。方法:随机抽取我院2011年7-9月门诊处方8 000张,对其中应用抗菌药物的处方进行统计、分析。结果:8 000张处方中应用抗菌药物的处方有2 280张,占28.50%。在不合理应用抗菌药物的处方中,无指证用药的占17.29%,用法、用量不合理的占25.53%,联合用药不合理的占23.67%,药物选择不合理的占19.95%,越级使用的占13.56%。结论:我院门诊抗菌药物的应用还存在一定的不合理现象,需要进一步加强对医务人员合理应用抗菌药物的培训。

Reasonable analysis of 2 280 pieces of outpatient prescriptions of antimicrobial agents

Abstract Objective: To analyze the un-reasonable use of antimicrobial agents in the outpatient prescriptions in our hospital. Methods: Eight thousand pieces of outpatient prescriptions of antimicrobial agents were extracted randomly from July to Sept. 2011, in which the antimicrobial agent prescriptions were counted and analyzed. Results: There were 2 280 prescriptions using antimicrobial agents in the sample, accounting for 28.5%. In the un-reasonably using antimicrobial agent prescriptions, the agents used without any testify accounted for 17.29%, un-reasonable usage and dosage 25.53%, un-reasonable drug combination 23.67%, drug choice un-reasonable 19.95%, and over use 13.56%.
