HFpEF虚实证候的临床检查指标分析
摘要 目的：本研究通过分析射血分数保留的心衰（Ejection Fraction Reserved for Heart Failure，HFpEF）患者虚实证候的临床检查指标，探讨HFpEF虚实证候临床检查指标的特征。方法：通过横断面调查研究，收集射血分数保留的心力衰竭患者的一般临床信息与血液检测指标及超声心动等临床检查指标，采用Logistic回归等方法对不同证候HFpEF患者的临床检查指标进行分析。结果：以临床诊断HFpEF虚实证候为因变量，将差异有统计学意義的客观检查指标进行二元逐步Logistic回归分析，最终留在方程中的是心率（Heart Rate，HR）与射血分数（Ejection Fraction，EF）。结论：射血分数保留的心力衰竭中，HR和EF与患者的虚实证候关系密切。

Abstract Objective：To analyze the clinical examination indicators of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction （HFpEF） patients with deficiency and excess syndrome to explore the characteristics.Methods：Through cross-sectional investigation，general clinical information，blood test and echocardiogram indexes of patients with HFpEF were collected.Then Logistic regression was used to analyze the clinical examination indicators of HFpEF patients with different syndromes.Results：With the syndrome of HFpEF patients as the dependent variable，a binary Logistic regression analysis was performed on the indicators with statistically significant differences，and the final remaining variables were the heart rate （HR） and the ejection fraction （EF）.Conclusion：In patients with heart failure with ejection fraction retention，HR and EF are closely related to deficiency and excess syndrome.
