上海自贸区对区内物流服务企业发展的影响研究
摘 要：上海自贸区的建立，是中国对外开放的又一个重大里程碑。上海自贸区通过实施扩大开放投资领域、推进改变贸易发展方式、完善法律制度保障，再加上转变政府职能等一系列举措将给区内物流服务企业的发展带来新的契机。在自贸区大背景下，物流服务企业有着良好的发展机会，但在全球竞争日趋激烈的同时，自贸区内的物流企业也面临着巨大的挑战。面对这些挑战，不管是物流服务企业自身还是政府部门都要给予足够的重视，采取相关措施来化解难题。

Abstract： The establishment of Shanghai free trade area is another major milestone in China"s opening to the outside. Shanghai trade area will take a great of measures， for example， opening wider to the outside investment area， promoting changes of trade development mode， perfecting the legal system safeguard and transforming the government function to give the logistics service enterprise a good development opportunity. In the context of free trade zone， the logistics service enterprise gains a good many of opportunities. But in the increasingly fierce competition in the world at the same time， the logistics service plants， both inside and outside the free trade area， will be faced with great challenges. In face of these challenges， both the logistics service company itself and the government should give enough attention and take relevant measures to resolve problems.

1 上海自贸区相关理论及发展现状
1.1 自由贸易区的内涵。自由贸易区是指在某一国家或地区境内设立的，以优惠税收和海关特殊监管政策为主要手段，以贸易自由化、便利化为主要目的的多功能经济性特区，是在主权国内实行贸易的自由化。
