临床护理路径在手术治疗子宫肌瘤中的应用分析
【摘要】 目的：分析围手术期子宫肌瘤患者的临床护理路径(CNP)效果。方法：选取子宫肌瘤患者90例，均行腹腔镜下子宫切除术。随机分为两组，常规护理组和CNP组，每组45例，对两组术中出血量、手术时间、主动要求止痛例数、住院天数、住院费用、术后3天焦虑评分等指标进行比较。结果：CNP组患者的平均住院时间与平均住院费用均较常规护理组减少，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；术后3 d患者焦虑值评估，常规护理组的焦虑值明显高于CNP组(P<0.05)；两组患者在手术的出血量和手术的时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；但CNP组患者主动要求止痛的例数明显少于常规护理组(P<0.01)。结论：临床路径应用于子宫肌瘤手术患者的诊疗护理可以明显减少患者的住院天数，降低住院费用，减少患者术后焦虑，促进患者术后身心康复，从而提高医疗护理质量。值得广泛应用。
