提升新疆电大开放教育学生学习参与水平的对策建议
摘 要 提高教育质量是开放教育发展的重要课题之一，学生学习参与水平是从教育的主体””学生这一角度来衡量新疆广播电视大学开放教育的质量。本文分析了新疆电大学生学习参与水平不高的主要原因，并针对存在的问题及原因分析，分别从学校、教师和学生三个层面提出了相应的对策建议，以期提高新疆电大学生学习参与水平，从而提高新疆电大教育教学质量。

Suggestions on Improving Students’ Learning Participation Level of
Open Education of Xinjiang Radio & Television University

Abstract Improving the quality of education is one of the important subjects the of open education development. Students" learning participation level is to measure the open education quality of Xinjiang RTVU from the perspective of the main body of education - students. This paper analyzes the main reasons for the low level of Xinjiang RTVU students’ learning participation； The suggestions are put forward from the three levels of school， teachers and students， according to the existing problems and the reasons. So as to improve the students’ learning participation level of Xinjiang RTVU， and improve the teaching quality of Xinjiang RTVU.

學生学习参与是指学生在学校参与教育活动花费的时间和精力，以及学校能为学生学习提供的一切帮助，实质就是学生行为与学校条件之间的相互影响。①之前的研究结果②显示，新疆电大学生的学习参与水平为中等，从学生学习参与视角来看，新疆电大开放教育质量有待提高，同时，新疆电大学生的年龄、婚姻状况、入学时间以及就读专业是否对口等因素对他们的学习参与都有不同程度的影响。
